It's been a rather busy weekend for me sorta. Had to study for today's test. Still am. Taking a three minute break to update here. I know this blog has become a little inactive than before. I do miss updating but I guess Deviant has been also taking some time of it hehehe
It is a freakin huge jump and you know what? I love it. It is really worth it, you know?
However both of us did not bring enough cash so we had to leave it. Besides Michael was in more dire need of new jeans and shirt. Went to Giordano and got himself a shirt and jeans. 40% off and it was well worth it. :] so glad he was really happy about it.
After that we went to Starbucks and I think the corner we sat in just wasn't good for internet connection. Went to National Library instead since the place wasn't conducive enough to study. So glad we went there because I got a lot of studying done.
Right now I am left with two topics to finish. SO I better get my ass back now and start reading. Again sorry for the inactivity recently or for quite awhile. Really miss updating and catching up with my neighbors :{

Today had my two written test. Can't say for sure what's the outcome but let's not touch on the subject. Finally relieved and now I have the whole week to study for Film History.
I am tired and drained, I am considering not going to school tomorrow. There is no class and I thought of just staying home tomorrow. However as much as I think about it....I might have to go....maybe I'll go on Friday to do the rest of my project....still got time :P hmm?
But I may join my dear Michael for lunch tomorrow, keep him company :) since his class starts at 2. GOOD LUCK GIRLS for the Practical!! Wish you all the best!

After lunch at Pizza hut, I had a very bad stomach ache. When to the toilet three times...diarrohea. Now it wasn't the food I ate at Pizza hut, I am very sure of that. Too fast to act. I am pretty sure it was last night's curry chicken :S was it a sourish and I had a tad bit too much. Sigh....so I was very upset in the stomach and you can say...it was a very unpleasant start today.
After the second trip, I felt like I needed to go home but I told myself, no...I came here to do my editing, if I don't stay, it is all going to do down the drain. So I stuck it for the last round trip and it finally settled. No more pain. Yup :] and I had a good editing throughout. Although I did not get to finish it, I will have time to complete it tomorrow I'm sure.
Oh and another piece of good news, I got the cart booked for the test tube collection that I am selling this friday. It's a school event thing. My group and I finally figured out where to go to do the bookings. Yup and we got the place.
Right now I am doing my podcast. I basically sort of finished my written report. Just trying to find a proper way of ending the report. Music wise is fine I guess, simple music should do. My voice Ah good enough :P
You know another piece of good news? After tomorrow, my project worries are over! It's the theories that come into fear now :\ help me! Looking forward to Dark Knight on Friday :] woohoo batman and joker!! I don't care, during the movie I am going to have my beef Bolognese hot dog and chilli fries!! Woot yum! Going to chunk some junk food down my stomach during the movie.
Ah...I think I best get back to my podcast. DARK KNIGHT!
I am a bit unsure if my presentation today will help me pass my project. I have around 29 or is it 28 slides in total. I am not nervous, hopefully it doesn't come up during my presentation. Sigh I got my clips, three in total that I want to share...and I think that covers the showing a 2-3 min clip part. Don't have to worry about that. I am a bit worried the film style that I notice from my director is wrong or whether my theory of her is correct.
Moving on....I am being a busy bee these few days. Right after my presentation, I got one week to do up my podcast. Let's see...during the making of my podcast I got my mum's work due. I have done the labels (need to send for printing), got the name cards done (except for the teacher) and the booklets and all...mum said to put it on hold first because she is going to make some changes. I got another assignment, to do up a certificate for the school.
I got to rearrange my room, well the files wise.
Onto deviant, I have decided to take some eye shots from there and make do with them in photoshop since I don't have time to take some of my own. Well, I hope it is all worth it. :]
I have to go get ready now cause my mum is going to pick me up and send me to school. This is my update for now....bzzzz...busy!!! :O

So sorry vox for being a little bit behind updating. I have just been busy with projects and these two days, it has been one year for me and michael. So we celebrated :]. He came over for dinner last night and we watch Mock the week. Funny show hahaha I think I love their accent the most along with their deliverance of their dialogue. We both cracked up laughing so hard at it.
I am close to completing my Film History Presentation for next week. Now I won't have to do it last minute which means into the early hours of the mourning on monday and tuesday. I am a bit worried that I may not be answering the questions or anything. What I am more worried is my test that will be 20%. I failed my last one miserably....and I need to pass this one or I am doomed. Worst of all, I am not sure what to study. Sigh...sucks.
So far I only screwed up my audio test but I think I can pass cause my projects have been okay so far. I have been on a choking spree...coked on chilli, water, food....clipped my finger with my hair clip twice, threw the pillow or wait boaster in the air and it landed on my face.
According to Michael I am doing okay in my film history so far. I honestly hate film history, I prefer audio more. I get annoyed at Miss Mel at times...Just don't like her. Can't really say why. She just annoys me more than Hang Han. Skipped her class on Wednesday, not going to sit through a boring tutorial. Plus I haven't had the chance to skip her class so now I got my chance. At least that whole time when I was at home, I cleaned up my room for once. Now I got space to put my files and such. All the junk has been thrown out and my room feels much better and less ancient.
Camera and Lighting so far has been okay, I got my notes all down to study for the upcoming theory test which I have a little confidence in. At least I am willing to study it more than Film History. We learned how to do the dollying yesterday...
Right now I am working on my presentation.

Another PS: I LOVE YOU MICHAEL!! Thanks for the wonderful one year and for being there when I needed you. You have always been so good to me and I don't know how to repay you sometimes. Today was tiring. The soles of my feet hurt like crazy. I thought they were about to bleed when I was walking down the hill towards the entrance of school.
Arrived at school around 8.17am? Been setting up, adjusting the lights, everything and it wasn't easy on us. But I must say good job to all of us for the great effort. We girls have done it quite nicely :] and we are done! So now we can sit back and worry about one less thing about our project.
Li Qing, you were cool like ice....calm :] thanks for sharing the 'karma' hehe
V, Vanessa, Nessi, you were just awesome...you made today just crackalackin funny. I think activating the hand dryer by accident was damn funny.
I think we were really on time with out schedule but time seem to have sped up after two o'clock. We realized we were running out of time and we had a hard time trying to get the lights the way we want it. Overall, I think we had a rather hard yet entertaining day. There were a lot of funny moments but it was nonetheless tiring. I think most of us wanted to just drop.
At the end, I think we cleared up pretty fast, thanks to the help of Eugene. :] he was very helpful to us. Today he looked like a hitman especially when wearing the gloves that I brought for him hahaha.
We finished by 6 and got out nice and happy. Well we had to rush at some points but I pray hard that what we got is near good. We really worked hard and all of us deserve a nice break tomorrow. A good sleep in :]

I woke up and thought maybe I was dreaming. Looked under the blanket and yep, yesterday's clothes are still on me. I have just taken a shower, my hair clean, I smell clean lol I am clean!
Still feeling a bit frustrated though that I only took like 4 pictures yesterday and I don't know why it is so difficult for me to complete it when everyone else took one day to finish it. Am I that bad at photography or doing the subject? I don't know...I just feel it makes me look like low....? :\ I don't know. I guess I am just tired and right now, I am starting to dread school. Sigh....
My brother asked me to play diablo tonight cause Yong He Jie Jie will be playing. I guess I will since I turned down the game a couple of times before cause too busy with projects. Miss them so much. This Saturday I am going to their new place to give the whole house a good wash. Make it clean and tidy :]
I am so scared for Audio. I really need the sound effects from Shu Hui or I am so screwed!! :S

I just found out that the assignment is actually due on Friday 5pm...! And i panicked that it is due during tutorial!

I could have rented the Kobolds longer. But I guess I took enough with it. I need a bit of out doors pictures. I can't think of anymore indoors pictures. I just ran out of ideas. I really want to take really good pictures. I really do.
- Try to finish Agnes Varda Presentation PowerPoint a week before presentation.
- Rent some videos of Agnes Varda from Esplanade library soon.
- Be really focused on Cam and lighting tonight.
- Make sure whatever work mum gives me is dealt with right away.

Today I wanted to skip film history but decided to be a good girl and attend lesson. I was able to get my powerpoint slide for my NLE presentation done before Film History so that is good.
You know what came out really cool today? This guy, no idea who he is, walked into the audio room while me and some of my other classmates were doing our work in. Now frankly, we should not be using the room unless we have our mbox with us. But to our surprise he was happy.
He told us that he is glad that we are using the room to do our work instead of having to fight over the benches and find power plugs to charge our laptops. Plus we got air con. But to be on the safe side, he told us to just loan the mbox so that it gives us every reason to use the room and it brings up the utility rate of the room.
Hahaha I love that guy man, he rocks. So now I can use that room whenever I want. Woot!
Do work can be in leisure. Got air con, got power plugs, and best of all, no fighting over others for seats.

Anyway moving on, Shu Hui's presentation was seriously funny today. Her love for bald men...I replied to her, "Shu Hui, there are plenty of fishes in the sea. Why do you go for fishes that existed during the dinosaurs?"
Hahahaha it was so funny. Especially at one point when she do something related to her fantasy of men, the girls would turn around and smack her with their rolled up paper at the same time. That was just classic.

During NLE, (according to arrangement), ahmad, james, kelvin, ben and bryan lined up behind Ian while he was doing his work. They did the same pose as him. It was so hilarious, too bad I don't have a picture of that. It was seriously crackalackin funny. I couldn't stop laughing, the whole class just went beserk with the humor. However after that, when they reattempted it again, our lecturer came and told them to stop jerking around lol!

Tonight I have to finish my work or I am so screwed tomorrow.
Well actually I am still have time. I got no worries. I think I just have to get up early and get it processed is more important. Other than that, it is all good. ^ ^

Today nothing much happened. Michael just came over and we chit chat, watched his football on youtube, had lunch with my mum, chat some more, talked about our future, it was quite the relaxing day for us. Since it was humid, we switched a lot of places in my room hahaha first he sat on the floor, I sat on the chair. Then he sat on the bed, I sat on the floor. Later he was lying on the floor while I was playing with my soft toys on my bed. It was warm and we couldn't sit still. After that I walked around my room a bit xD

We were both not in the mood to do any work, just slack around the house chilled with air con!! It was heaven! Yes it was! It is so bloody hot outside, the weather in Singapore is like....screwy!
The sun is like beating us down. I feel like an ant under a magnifying glass :(
Sigh....well I felt like I was cooking yesterday while doing still cam assigment with Michael. Both of us were either steamed, cooked, baked under the lights.
Then the bulb blew and my room power tripped. Not so bad, got it up in 5 minutes. But yeah :\ we felt like we just got an indoor tan. I felt like roast duck. Poor Michael, however, was sweating cold sweat cause he is still recovering. I felt terrible :( but that is why I love him cause even though he is sick, he still helps me. I am ever so grateful.
